I give heavy weight to them. I don't always follow them but I look for a reason why not follow them.

Development is a crap shoot anyway (especially on TCR of 200 if I understand what that does correctly). We don't know how accurate the arrows are vs our own preferences in terms of players reaching their potential, which can change literally day-by-day and even if the grade doesn't change, not all 50's are made the same so skill composition of said player can change.

I don't think it's as big a deal as some make it out to be whichever way you go.

Do whatever you prefer and hope the baseball gods favor your prospects instead of your rival's.
