CD, Here is my league settings for rosters.

I get 1950s-era baseball results with these settings... my stolen bases are too high, so I plan to cut down on them next year... they didn't steal bases much in the 1950s... I overdid it, I think.
I will drop back to "Normal" on stolen bases.

Run a test league with these settings and see what you get.

But I think the best way to get the stats you want is to find a MLB season with those stats and import that year in your game.

I ran test leagues when I first set up the Islandian Pro Alliance... and it has turned out well for me... I did make a few occasional adjustments along the way over the years... basically I want league batting average to be .260 and league ERA to be 4.00.
