All I asked for was your favorite era and you wrote a novel.

Check out Baseball-Reference... look at the team stats from 1955 to 1959... that the period I use for my IPA... there are 4-man rotations... with 8 pitchers... I only have 21-man rosters, not 25... there will be more pitchers if you use the 25-man rosters... the stats will be similar to what you say you like.

Just pick a year from 1955 to 1959 and use it for your league... you should be happy with it... check my IPA season stats... if they look like something you want in your league, then take my advice and choose one of the seasons I mentioned.
