If I don't use the real Japanese Leagues in my game, will my leagues be affected by these legal requirements?

I play fictional leagues... no Japanese leagues at all... real or fictional.

Will I have a problem when I convert my fictional leagues to OOTP23?

I always wait until the final patch comes out before I convert my leagues.

I have a league that I have been playing for 18 real years... I don't want this league damaged.

Would appreciate your help and advice.
