GM Ratings

Anybody want to take a stab at this? I'm trying to figure out the various GM Ratings and what exactly they do as far as how a GM builds a Team. (see attached image for ratings)

I got this from the manual

Quote:
General Managers
GM Roster Strategy and Valuation ratings heavily influence how they will allocate budgets and build their rosters.

The Trading Strategy ratings determine both the frequency with which they will attempt to trade, as well as how aggressive they will be in trying to complete trades, how much they value long-time players (high loyalty GM's will be reluctant to part with fan favorites), and their general preference for younger players or veterans.
So that clears up the first few ratings, but I'm curious about a few of the others.

These all range from Very Low to Very High

1. Drafting - does Very Low mean he doesn't use the draft much as tool for building a team? Does Very High mean he believes in building a team through the draft?

2. Int Amm FA - again, Very Low - does that mean he doesn't place much value in int players and won't spend much on Scouting in that area? Does Very High mean the opposite?

3. Dev Preference - is this an indication of how he develops players, Very Low he doesn't let them spend much time in the minors, sort of rushes them along? Very High he believes in fully developing a player before promoting him to the show?

4. Scouting Preference - not sure on this one. Does Very Low mean he doesn't value his Scout's opinion much, and Very High means he places a great deal of importance on his Scouts opinion?

Thanks for any feedback, much appreciated.
