Note: the quick start uses an edited world_default where I added a bunch of cities/towns/etc that I found on Google Maps. I'm happy to share that file with the caveat that anyone who uses it should, of course, keep a copy of the original world_default db on file should they want to revert. It also uses Dogzilla’s fabulous Complete World Names Database 2.0 file for OOTP 23.
