There are a million ways you can say "we can't talk about something because of litigation/pending litigation" , it happens all the time, they haven't because that only makes them look bad. No where anywhere does it say they can't talk about anything. They were ASKED to do this to their customers game files. And they COMPLIED. Per Markus. They have not said anything since, and there is nothing to show that they cannot talk about why/how they damaged the product. To those that say, "they cant say anything becuase of a potential lawsuit", then that means the answer to how/why they did this would probably help the other side. Lol. You can clearly tell your customer base why you did something if you did nothing wrong in the first place.
