Perhaps my interpretation of trolling was too generous. When I see someone suggest that it's actually okay for a company to intentionally damage a product after selling it to us because they actually lied to us about selling it in the first place, or to suggest that the intentional damage was just a "tinker," I assume that has to be a troll. I suppose to could just be corporate bootlicking, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

But anyway, this is getting off topic.
