Right, I understand that from OOTPD's perspective they have no choice due to whatever factors. I am just trying to find whether they, in implementing this fix, have created problems with (e.g.) Randy Bass and/or active players who began in MLB but then moved to Japan. Additionally, I want to know if this "fix" will scramble current big leaguers who move to Japan in the future.
