Don’t understand why they had to scramble the Japanese leagues and players to South Africa…why not just scramble the player names and league + team names? Like how OOTP used to be before the MLB license. That I would’ve been fine with. We’re talking save files being nuked that are so far in the future that all the active scrambled Japanese players were fictional people anyway.
Part of me wants to take the time to scramble the South African leagues to fictional Japanese leagues…but I’m not sure what the point is when the game has turned hundreds if not thousands of players are now South Africans. So the other part of me wants to say screw this, I’m done. Have bought OOTP every year for almost a decade and I might quit for good over this lazy, anti-player implementation.
