Salem Non-Hierarchical Witch Council
I couldn't decide whether to put this team in Salem, OR or Olympia, WA maybe there should be a witch-themed team in Olympia, too. Olympia would be more of a modern witch feel, Kathleen Hanna & Calvin Johnson, whereas Salem has the old-school witch name, plus the roses theme.
In this timeline the state government of Oregon has likely been replaced by a non-hierarchical witch council.
