I think the sim would break down as people retired or got hurt. It's a practical thing. Is there concern that despite the explicit descriptive nature of the "Do Not Disturb" override language, people blow past it? I don't think it should change the controls on the right side of the screen as, when you resume, you'd likely want to keep those defaults you set up previously. Would you want the font color to change to red when "Do Not Disturb" is toggled so the user pauses and thinks "Ok, something just changed" or as an easy question for a helper on the boards to ask to, for example, diagnose the issue the OP had? As in "Tell me, are the GM/Manager/AI controls in red?... that means you are in Do Not Disturb mode"
