If I'm the owner of the Bears I draft Bryce Young with the 1st overall pick. Only because they haven't had a good QB in like 50 years. This is their chance.
If they want to stick with Fields, then they're going to have to go with a similar gameplan as the Eagles RPO run heavy plan utilizing the QB.
No doubt this can work, as seen in 2019 with the Ravens. And now with the Eagles. But It's not something easily maintained. You need everything ideal around you. Great OL, really good WRs, a good defense, on and on.
