The St. Louis Cardinals have announced that John Mozdeliak will be taking over the role of Assistant General Manager.
Mozeliak, 53, had been serving as the team's President of Baseball Operation.
He replaces Michael Girsch, who will return his role as the top assistant to Mozeliak.
