I have given this a try and this does not seem to be the issue. I have tried all 3, including making a fresh save, copying the names over, and replacing it in all 3 files and it still does not seem to work. The new run I have started has also decided to crash while loading, similar to a previous forum post by another user. I will try reinstalling my game and see if that solves anything. Atleast the Jim smith game loads!
It is really hard sometimes because drafting would be a nightmare. Jim Smith was drafted first, second, third, 7th, 9th, 10-19th, and then probably 29th-105th. Every team truly needs their own Jim Smith
