I started a historical league and right from the get go my player salaries have exceeded my budget, freezing me from making any trades/signings.

Is there a way to edit contracts or budgets to fix this? I feel like in the older games I could edit contracts.

Or even to turn off financials if I have to? This is crippling my replay....

EDIT - My apologies, this is in OOTP GO 23. Moving my question there.
