See below. I never played the quickstart so can't comment on that. The financials in my league are derived from the MLB financials in the standard game. The first column has the exact values as used in the standard game. In the next two columns these figures are divided by 160 and 320 respectively. These are roughly the figures I based the financials in my league on. The fourth column (PDBL) show the financials in the top league and the last column (OK) the financials in the lower league.
