Juiced Ball League (JBL) has openings:
- OOTP 23
- Historical League, just entered 1992 off-season
- Daily Sims @ 9PM ET
Juiced Ball League is a mature league that has 4 openings (detail below). The league launched in the 1991 season, and we're now moving into 1993 where we'll welcome the Florida Marlins and Colorado Rockies as expansion teams.
We use Modern CBA rules, with some small modifications. We sim daily, and have some small export incentives (nothing game breaking) for owners that achieve a 70% export rate or more.

- Our minor leagues are static, every org has 5 MiL teams (does not change like traditional historical leagues)
- We utilize a lottery system for the draft to discourage tanking
- Scouting is 20/80
- Coach poaching is off
- Owner goals are off

Baltimore Orioles:
65-97 in 1992, 7th place in the AL East
26th ranked farm system
Detroit Tigers:
77-85 in 1992, 2nd place in the AL East
13th ranked farm system with 4 top-100 prospects
Kansas City Royals:
1991 WS Champs, 1992 Lost in the WS
106-56, 1st place in AL West and won AL Pennant
25th ranked farm system
Los Angeles Dodgers:
66-96 in 1992, 5th place in the NL West
5th ranked farm system with 4 top-100 prospects
