Is there any use for the "Wage Budget" in the annual finances? I don't think I've ever used any of it through several seasons. Seems like it is for "Available money for free agents" and "available money for extensions", but there are no free agents for NCAA. Just add a walk on. And the staff free agents just come from the staff budget. Not sure what the extensions is related to, but guessing its not NCAA either.
