The info.txt files for each card (in the \graphics\cards folder) have a start/end date range at the bottom of the file, you would need to adjust those to get the one you want, e.g. if you only wanted the modern one in every historical season, set the other date ranges to pre-1917 and set the modern card's start year to 1917.
