I've got a rookie in the first year of his deal with me, a deal which he defined every term and I just agreed with and it now says he's unhappy with the major role defined as 'offensive forward' despite being played in an offensive role and playing well. He's like 2nd in the rookie points rankings currently, so I thought that would sort of sway him.
Is this a kink in the mechanic or is this a situation I'm supposed to rectify somehow?
