I used the AI to generate several photos based off the sketch so as to get me something close to work with. Here's the photo I settled on though there were several very similar. The sketch was more scrunched with a wide rounded chin, so I made adjustments from the photo rendering. Again, the image the AI translates the sketch to is just to get one close enough to work the facegen sliders and get ya there as best one can. The goal isn't to look like the photo ... it's to look like the sketch.
