Strange how is performance ratings are so low and contrasting to how he is contributing.
Perhaps the game sees him as being highly efficient in your tactical settings as opposed to him taking control of games himself?
Hopefully the devs will see this and can offer some insight. It might be worth you uploading your save so they can take a look into it.
