international amateur free agents are different then normal international free agents.
if they are under 18 the only way you can sign an international player is if they came from a league where they were cut/released.
the randomly generated established int free agents are pretty game breaking. they are completely over powered compared to if you load all the leagues in game and just free agency happen naturally.
now if you are talking about the amateur free agent draft they can take another bid but it is super rare. think ive seen it happen like 1 time. but it should be for more or equal money not less.
either way the amateur int draft needs some reworking i feel like.
