I find that I have to put the LD-DP modifier at 5.000 in my highers league to get a ratio of 1.2. In my lowest leagues I need to put the modifiers at about 40.000 to get a ratio of 1.2 and increasing the modifier further has no effect. Something seems off here.

Maybe decrease groundball double plays and increase outfield assists so that more double plays happen in the outfield? Seems like you've maxed out line drive double plays.
