I use a variety of historical stats for my minor leagues, dependent upon the level and type of save, because yes the default LTMs are dreadful.

I just leave them for every season by locking the totals and then using manual autocalc on OD to fine tune them. Works well, although still nowhere near as tightly as the majors for obvious reasons.

I only have the LOCK LEAGUE TOTALS checked for my minors. I have found that the AUTO ADJUST only works for the top level, which is why I do the minors manually.
