I have an opening in my league LTBNL, the Miami Marlins. This team has had a revolving door of GMs in the last few years and needs some TLC long-term.

Budget: 20th
FA Money: 51.6M
Extension Money: 43.8M
Payroll Health: Only two vets on big-money deals and both are still productive. Has best SP in the game about to hit FA, but a lot of great young talent besides that.
Minors: Not the best depth, but still some useful pieces to trade for ML talent if you want, or easy to build a robust system if you want to trade away ML talent.

League quirks: We run a balanced schedule similar to the new IRL format. We also unlocked our WCs, so the six best non-division winners earn WC regardless of division. This typically leaves way more teams alive toward the end. This season we had 17 teams alive entering the final sim. We also run annual offseason brackets to determine the best (insert topic) which helps keep engagement high during offseasons. This offseason, we will determine the best candy. We sim 5x/week. No coaches, scouting on and normal, injuries are normal.
