Yes, Jethro Morse and the other four first-generation players should still be playing here, if they haven't already done so, I think. The youngest two started in 1887, if memory serves, so it's not implausible that they might still be playing for a few more years past 1903 or so, at least, if not 1905 or later.
Jedediah started in 1880, and Jethro in 1879, most likely, with Tanner starting around 1883 or 1884, it seems. So I wouldn't expect Jethro to play past the end of his current contract, to be honest, or at least not much longer, at that, after it.
I think we'll ultimately be seeing the actual end of the relevant playing careers for the above five players by the end of 1908 or so at the latest, if not sooner than that. Either by manual retirement or by automatic retirement, especially if you eventually institute an upper age limit for IPA players somewhere in or around their middle to their late forties, more or less.
