There's a list of past award winners in the league history, but not a separate leaderboard of award wins by players.
Russia/Belarus are out of international play at the start of the game and return in 2025 (just a guess on our part as to when that'll happen.) There are also some additional mechanics (on top of what we added in the later updates last year) to make western players a little less likely to appear in Russian leagues.
