These backgrounds were likely created back in earlier versions of the game when the Status Bar and top Menus (File, Game, Manager, League, Team, Play) were in boxes w/ non-transparent backgrounds:

Now that the Status Bar and top Menus have transparent backgrounds in newer versions of OOTP, the background pics included in the AIO are no longer compatible for readability purposes.
I just deleted the background pics included in the AIO and stuck w/ the default layout.
