Simple answer... make them simple and less modern and less fancy... and less weird... create logos that tie in the town history and culture.
Create simple logos that look good on the team website and on their uniforms and caps.
That's the type of logos, jerseys and caps I have used in all of my leagues.
Not modern, razz-ma-tazz stuff for older-than-dirt dinosaur EC.
I only use simple designs that look good in the game.
The great gurus here on the forum have occasionally done modern logos for me, but I did not use them for long... just too fancy or a little too extreme on the mascot image for me and they did not show up well on OOTP games screens... bottom line -- it has to look good on the game screens and on the jerseys and caps.
It was hard for me not to use a new logo... I didn't want to offend the designer... so I would use it part of the season and then go back to the traditional style... I would give it a try... the designer was nice enough to take his time and do it for me... so I should give it a try... I really didn't want to offend them... hope they understand that philosophy.
