Peek behind the curtain.
So, when I started thinking I wanted teams in Los Angeles and San Francisco. I also wanted two teams in New York, Chicago, St. Louis, and Philadelphi just like there was IRL. However, as I started to add up the teams I was going well over 16 teams and even 16 teams seemed a little excessive for a "new" league. I decided to get rid of the two team cities (the owners wouldn't want competition) and ended up with a twelve team league. Now can the other owners force expansion or will the result to forming a new second league?
