There are a lot of high diamond tourney rewards that aren't worth much. What was 3rd place offering? A low diamond is often more valuable than the high diamond because there is a tournament for low diamond whereas high diamond plays nowhere. They need an option to take the card or a cash buyout that is in accordance with 2nd prize of the weekly tournament where only PP are on offer as rewards. (The easiest way would be to make the QS value of the high diamond equal to that 2nd prize). Or they could just pay attention to the L10 and offer low diamonds as 2nd prize and high diamonds as 3rd prize.

But, at least you have a ticket to PTCS #5 practically guaranteed.
