If you want the park you need to download it from the stadium thread Silvam and Adion share. The info is correct but the historical stadiums do not ship with the game. You also have to import all the other stadiums that are no longer used for your opponents. Jerseys as well. As for the other things you mentioned I don't have an answer other than to maybe check on the stats and ai tab and see if all of those options are how you personally view what 1973 should look like. There may be something there that isn't enabled. I don't know every option that thoroughly from memory as I'm away from the game right now.
