MY LIFE IN 1959
Will EC's Life Be Devine in '59?

Nope, not likely... EC's in the Air Force... trying to learn the Russkie language at the Army Language School in Monterey,California... just drifting through life the way I always have... never really goal-oriented... just drifting and dreaming I guess you might say... yep, just drifting and dreaming.

EC life was movies, music and little else... I think this is called escapism... guess real life wasn't meant for me... at least, so far... in the first 19 years.

Life is OK... bowling with the Chavez sisters is nice... they invited Zak and me over for dinner... really nice ladies... and they are ladies... two sisters and two cousins live together... all in their early 20s... we always have a good time with them... the Base Bowling League is going real well... we are still unbeaten and headed for a head-to-head showdown with the cocky, overbearing and arrogance and very, very good NCO team.

Thought you might like to take a gander at the new 1959 cars... my family and I always made it a ritual to go to all of the car dealers and look at the new cars... my family bought a new 1959 green and yellow Impala... never liked that color... nor the car... you can see it below... on second thought, the green and yellow was not as bad as I remembered... it's kind of growing on me now.

EC didn't like the 1959 cars... they look a little bit too extreme to me in design... too much fins and big, ugly bumpers... but there were some beauties... I like the Ford with its chrome fenders best... but don't like the front bumpers on it... UGH.
