In the screenshot, I hovered over the link to the minors page so it appears as white lettering on gray background in the header below the bio and before the stats on the MLB default page. Click it and see the webpage address - that's the number 1 facegen tag (perry-001gay).
The Historical Minors code can also seen in the OOTP editor page for any player.
