Independence League Baseball
Seven teams (Badlands Big Sticks, Canyon County Spuds, Casper Horseheads, Fremont Moo, Hastings Sodbusters, Spearfish Sasquatch and the Western Nebraska Pioneers) broken away from the summer-collegiate Expedition League to form the new Independence League Baseball.
Three new teams complete the league.
