You have 32 GB RAM and after 10-20 min the performance is near non-playable? That's not good at all.

Can you reproduce the issue, after restarting the game and doing the same stuff?
What is your usual procedure? I'm usually just testing out recent features and fixes we've done, so I'm not playing for long. If I can reproduce the slowing-down process, I can try to find the cause and fix it.
