Walkers news: April 2 -- Xu and Summers get four-game suspensions
St. Louis River Walkers reliever Darren Xu and Los Angeles Turtles outfielder Sean Sumner both have been suspended for four games after they started a bench-clearing brawl during the bottom of the eighth inning of their April 1 game in Los Angeles.
Sumner charged the mound after he was hit by a Xu pitch.
Xu had just given up a grand slam to the previous batter, Armari Simpson, which helped give the Turtles a 5-4 win.
