The location apparently has been marked out in the city's strategic plan as a possible location for a future sports stadium. It's an interesting spot because it''s bisected by a railroad line - hence the rooftop seats in the building on the opposite side of the tracks. It's also supposed to have a mixed-use development next to the park, which was kind of fun to build.
The park itself is relatively pitcher friendly, particularly with the deep outfield. The power alley in right is particularly deep, so get your right handed power hitters.

I love all these stadiums! Out of curiosity, what is the gray item in centerfield in front of the train tracks. Is it a batter's eye? Can't figure it out so thought I'd ask
