Once again, just bought the game this week so just learning. I believe I had a very old version a long time ago and it allowed me to input multiple, fielding positions for each player. Of course, the primary position would be the best defensively, but it allowed for a player who played multiple positions in real life to also be listed in the game. I don't see that here. I don't see anywhere on the screen where a player can be listed on the roster in multiple positions. Players such as the Dodgers Chris Taylor would be beneficial to have on the roster because of his utility. Is this something that can be done in the game and if so, how do I do it? Other examples would be Chipper Jones who initially played 3B, but also some shortstop, finished his career in left field. He should be able to play all positions. Same with a player like Craig Biggio who started as a catcher but made his All-Star career at 2B. It would really be beneficial to be able to play Biggio at C sometimes because the Astros lack All-Time players at that position. Miguel Cabrera started his career at 3B with the Florida Marlins and ended up at 1B along with some time in the outfield. Even outfielders such as Gary Sheffield first started his career at 3B and then moved to left field and right field. Why aren't outfielders allowed to be listed at multiple positions? Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.
