Actually, I was responding to replies that I thought were directed at my post which preceded them in the thread. It seems that I may have been mistaken in that thinking, so that my subsequent post appeared to be defending or equivocating on something (separate game engines)when I was in fact not. I was never weighing in on the engine topic; my thoughts were with regards to documentation (independent of the engine discussion).
As for the repugnance of rhetorical semantics and sophistry, I share your sentiments. In fact, I will do you one better: I have never even heard of Debate Bro, and have no desire to look IT up.
