Hello,
I'm running an historical league.
After the World Series and During the "Off-Season Starts" Rollover, the minor league coaching staffs for every franchise in my league were removed and made available to be hired. This happened even though most were under contract for the next year.

My major league staffs and minor league managers only remained intact.

Any suggestions as to why?
