unzip the program.
You can either put the contents of ech folder into the OOTP data folders of the same name you can manually load each files individually.
To load jerseys go to Team - Modify jerseys & logos - select and find the AIO on your desktop and load each.
Micro, aren't there tutorial youtube videos on these?
