You're right, guy...you have no responsibility to monitor the content of YOUR forums on YOUR league's website.
Picture this...you and your boy "Cody" decide to rob a gas station. Cody manages to procure a gun from somewhere, so you set out to do the deed. While in the act of robbing the joint, Cody gets frisky and shoots the clerk dead on the spot. You're later caught by the law.
Without considering whether your are minors, etc., BOTH OF YOU will get charged with felony murder. Your defense of "It was Cody, not I, that shot the clerk." wont get you anywhere. Actually, that and a piece of chow hall cornbread might keep you from being sodomized after "lights out"...
