This would be a great option. I often use the Until RISP option, but I definitely would be willing to have an additional interrupt once a runner gets on base. You could even then choose to only worry about that in later innings or however you wish to use it. Baseball is so dynamic that there wouldn't be a hard and fast rule of when you might to use this.
