As I said previously, I DID talk to him on AIM. He was trying to get me to join in order to give the league some credibility. I asked him to clear things up from the first time he was accused of cheating. His answers, again I am repeating myself, either did not make sense (something about manager mode causing changes to be made in free agency), or he simply said "I don't remember but I didn't cheat." That hardly clears things up. In the end I told him that I did not trust him and declined the invitation.

The latest allegations are far more damaging and he has not attempted to respond. In the league thread regarding Josh Beckett's contract situation, his explanation again made no sense (he said it was an auto re-sign. For three years? Auto re-sign is for one year). The allegations regarding the secondary ratings and duration of his pitchers is even more disturbing. It seems quite blatant and he has made zero attempt to explain it other than saying that they were already that way in the roster set. A roster set he will not provide us a link for.

All in all, I can't say that he definitively cheated, but I think anyone who isn't a fool would have to think that he did. Expecting us to simply accept what amounts to "just trust me" is simply not going to cut it in the face of what appears to be overwhelming evidence.
