Perhaps I should have been a little more specific in my first post. Here's what prompted my question.
I'm trying to play a historical league. I'm manipulating some ratings myself. I'm working on the assumption that the player's real life career HR rate already takes into account his GB% and everything else.
I need to know if the pitcher's historical movement rating should equate to his Raw Movement or his View Movement.
