Are any online league players experiencing issues downloading files from some of your leagues?

I've started getting error messages ("Error: could not load file") for a few of my leagues over the past two months. In the past, I would toggle my FTP settings and that fixed the issue but not anymore. Now, nothing I do fixes it (restarting OOTP, restarting my computer, reinstalling the accountsdata_gm file, etc.). I even reinstalled OOTP and the issue persists.

This is happening for me with leagues on 22 and 23. Am I the only one?
