Walkers news: February 10 -- Starting pitcher Brent Autin agrees to three-year deal

The St. Louis River Walkers have announced the signing of Brent Autin to a three-year contract worth $16.5 million.
The third-year of the deal features a team buyout.
Autin, 31, broke into the majors in 2031 with Indianapolis and spent five seasons with the Racers before being traded to Indianapolis prior to the 2036 season.
In 2039, Autin went 10-7 with a 4.29 ERA in 32 games for the Snowcats.
For his career, Autin has pitched in 283 games, all but one starts, and gone 88-84 with a 4.60 ERA.
Autin is expected to fill a spot in the St. Louis rotation.
Ming Xiang and Kevin Hrdlicka should be the team's top two starters while Juan Farias should also earn a role after going 4-4 in his rookie season.
That leaves Autin, Agustin Perdomo, who is coming off elbow surgery and rookie Nate Simmons to battle it out for the final two spots.
